Southeast Financial now offers the convenience of viewing your account statements online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is called e-Statements, and it is absolutely FREE to our members. Using your current e-mail address, you receive a statement notification automatically when the statements are posted which means you receive them much more quickly than the paper statement.
How do I sign up?
Signing up for e-Statements is quick and easy. Click here to sign up. Read the terms and conditions of this service, confirm your e-mail address, and you are enrolled. Be sure to include your e-mail address as this is where the notice that your statement is available will be sent.
Your enrollment will become active by the second business day after you complete your enrollment. If you enroll for electronic statements on the last business day of a month, you can expect to receive a paper statement for that month.
Who is eligible for e-Statements?
All members are eligible for e-Statement Service.
How do I access my e-Statement?
At the beginning of the month, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your e-Statement is ready to be viewed. Using the link provided in this e-mail, you may access your e-Statement when you log in to your account.
e-Statements are generally available within 48 hours after the first day of the month. That's right...you can view your statement earlier than if you received a paper statement.
What is e-Statement Archiving?
Once you have been using the e-Statement service for awhile, you will be able to access previous statements up to 6 months. You may always order a paper copy of a statement that is not available in your e-Statement archives (fees may apply).
Can I save and print my e-Statements?
Yes, you can. Your e-Statement will be presented in the Adobe Acrobat format, so you will be able to zoom in or out, search, save, and/or print any of your e-Statements-current or archived.
How do I change my password or e-mail address?
Once you have logged on to retrieve your e-Statement, you may change your password or e-mail address by clicking "Account Maintenance." Delete the old password and/or e-mail address and enter the new information. To confirm a password change, delete the old password and re-entering the new password.
